Refund - Exchange - Shipping Policy
Returns must be requested within Fourteen (14) days of receipt of the item
All exchanges or returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any items that have been worn, damaged. If an item we receive for return has been worn, the item will be deemed unacceptable for return. We reserve the right to return to you any unacceptable pieces. Limited Edition Items, discontinued items, sale items, clearance items, and custom orders may not be returned.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Nor will we pay shipping on returns of exchanges coming to us or going back to the consumer. Shipping and handling charges are the consumers responsibility. (unless it is our error)
- We strongly suggest that you insure your return items, as we cannot be responsible or issue a refund for damaged, lost, or misdirected shipments.
- Refunds will be processed after satisfactory completion of these conditions.
- We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale and clearance items cannot be refunded and are only exchangeable for the same item if item is in stock. No shipping costs will be refunded for exchanged sale items.
All of our orders are shipped by USPS.
Once an order is fulfilled & collected and scanned by USPS it is out of our control. If your package is shown as lost, or if the package appears as delivered, but you did not in fact receive the items, please file a claim with your local post office. We can not do that for you. The results of your claim will determine the results of your order.
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.
Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends and holidays.
On occasion our shipping software will alert us if an address provided seems to be incomplete or invalid. We make every attempt to reach out to you to get clarification before shipping the order out. However, if a package/order is sent back to us due to an invalid address provided at time of checkout, shipping will have to be paid by the customer to get it shipped out again to a valid address. If we are unable to contact you within 2 weeks, the order will be refunded, minus the original shipping paid on the order (TOTAL ORDER - SHIPPING = REFUND TO CUSTOMER)
